MEMBER EXERCISE CLASSES

SILVERSNEAKER CLASSIC CLASS

Intensity Level: 1 

Increase range of motion and strength with a variety of exercises designed to assist activities of daily life. Exercises are done seated & standing.  Class is held every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 11AM  

YOGA CLASS

Intensity Level: 1

Improve flexibility & balance as you move your body through a series of yoga poses.  All exercises are done seated or standing by a chair.  Class is held every Tuesday & Thursday 10AM.  

30 MINUTES OF STRENGTH

Intensity Level: 2

Boost your metabolism & increase bone density during this half hour all strength class.  Class is held every Tuesday at 8:15AM

SILVERSNEAKER CIRCUIT CLASS

Intensity Level: 3

Enhance your endurance & muscular strength with this low impact circuit workout.  Class is held every Thursday at 9AM

MIX IT UP CARDIO CLASS

Intensity Level: 3

Get your heart moving in this low-impact cardio class.  Class is held is every Tuesday at 9AM.  

BELLY BUSTER CLASS

Intensity Level: 3  

This class incorporates cardio intervals with core & lower body strength exercises.  Class is held every Wednesday at 9AM & 10AMFirst and second sessions are the same class, choose the session time that is best for you.

CARDIO SCULPT CLASS

Intensity Level: 3

Intervals of cardio & resistance exercises.  All exercises are done standing.  Class is held every Monday & Friday at 9AM & 10AM.  First and second sessions are the same class, choose the session time that is best for you.  

CHAIR VOLLEYBALL

Chair volleyball is played seated with a beach ball.  Class is held every Tuesday & Thursday at 11:00AM  and Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 1PM

NON-MEMBER EXERCISE CLASSES

LINE DANCING

This activity is overseen by an instructor who provides music and steps to follow.  This class is Silversneakers eligible.  Activity is open to all Center members.  No sign up necessary.  Instructor donations are welcome.  Class is held Wednesdays & Fridays 10AM-11AM.

PARKINSON'S EXERCISE CLASS

Duane Hardek holds a weekly class on Thursdays 11AM-12PM that helps Parkinson's patients improve flexibility, balance, stamina, and strength.  Cost is $10 per session.  Please register by contacting Duane at 412-607-3544 or duane.hardek@gmail.com
