MEMBER EXERCISE CLASSES

SILVERSNEAKERS CIRCUIT CLASS

Combine fun & fitness to increase cardiovascular & muscular endurance power with this standing circuit workout.  Hand weights, elastic tubing, and a ball are used for upper body strength with intervals of low-impact choreography.  Class is held every Thursday at 9AM. This class is Silversneaker and Silver & Fit eligible.

YOGA CLASS

Move your  body through a series of seated & standing yoga poses.  Increase flexibility and balance.  No postures are done on the floor.  Class is held every Tuesday & Thursday 10AM.  This class is Silversneaker and Silver & Fit eligible.

SILVERSNEAKERS CLASSIC CLASS

Have fun and move to the music while doing various exercises to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living.  Hand weights, elastic tubing, and  a ball are used for resistance.  Exercises are done seated & standing.  Class is held every Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 11AM  This class is Silversneaker and Silver & Fit eligible.

Non-Member Exercise Classes

MIX IT UP CARDIO CLASS

Get moving in this low-impact cardio class. Weights, elastic tubing, and balls are used for strength work.  Class is held is every Tuesday at 9AM.  This class is Silversneaker and Silver & Fit eligible.

BELLY BUSTER CLASS

Similar to Cardio Sculpt this class incorporates cardio intervals with core and lower body strength exercises.   Class is held every Wednesday at 10AM.  This class is Silversneaker and Silver & Fit eligible. 

CARDIO SCULPT CLASS

This class incorporates hand weights, elastic tubing, and a a ball for a full body muscular workout with intervals of cardio to increase heart rate.  All exercises are done standing.  Class is held every Monday & Friday at 10AM.  This class is Silversneaker and Silver & Fit eligible.

CHAIR VOLLEYBALL CLASS

Chair volleyball class is played much like the regular game with a few changes.  Six people play on each side, sitting in two rows of 3, a beach ball is sued instead of the regulation volleyball and layers mus sit in a chair and comply with the "one cheek on the seat" rule while they play.  Chair volleyball is a much greater workout than people would expect considering it is not a strenuous activity. Class is held every Tuesday & Thursday at 11:00AM and Wednesday evenings at 5PM.  This class is Silversneaker and Silver & Fit eligible.

TRIPLE-PLAY WORKOUT

This NEW evening exercise class is ideal  for those individuals with full day time schedules.  The class is the perfect combination that involves 20 minutes each of cardio, sculpting and yoga.  Class is held every Tuesday at 5PM.  This class is Silversneaker and Silver & Fit eligible.
